Dear Colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to invite you to the 19th International Turkish Orthodontic Society Symposium, which will be held in Istanbul from November 1-4, 2025. Our meeting will take place along the shores of the Golden Horn, offering a breathtaking view of Istanbul’s historic peninsula.
The theme of this year’s symposium is “From Traditional to Digital: The Foundations of Orthodontics.” Orthodontics, with a history spanning over a century, has evolved on strong scientific foundations. With advancements in technology, many orthodontic practices are undergoing a digital transformation. During this symposium, our esteemed speakers will present the latest scientific and clinical insights into both traditional and digital treatment foundations and applications. Our scientific program will feature oral and poster presentations, research and case presentation competitions, courses, and the GençTOD event for our students.
On behalf of the Turkish Orthodontic Society Board of Directors, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our distinguished speakers, the symposium committee members, our sponsor companies, and our congress organization team for their invaluable contributions and efforts in making this event possible.
Looking forward to meeting you in the historical and cultural heart of Istanbul, the Golden Horn, where the past meets the future!
Best regards,
Prof. Dr. Gökmen Kurt
Turkish Orthodontic Society President
