Registration & Accommodation

 An additional 20% VAT will be added to the specified course fees

 The registration fees include a full 3-day meeting package (GençTOD Session on November 1, Symposium Scientific Program and Exhibition Area access on November 2 and 3, lunches, and tea/coffee breaks), as well as the gala dinner on the evening of November 2 (a set menu consisting of a starter, main course, and dessert, with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages).

 Course fees are not included in the registration fee.

 The gala dinner is included in the registration fee for GençTOD members, TOD members, and non-TOD member participants.

 * Note: This registration type includes full-day participation on 1-2–3 November. It does not include the gala dinner.

 All participants wishing to attend the course programs must register separately.

 An additional 20% VAT will be added to the specified course fees.

 Only 100 rooms are available during the early registration period.

 Accommodation fees are subject to an additional 10% VAT, 2% accommodation tax, and 5% hotel service charge.

 The prices above are per night.

 Breakfast is included in the room rates.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Munera Event.
• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made in writing by 1 July 2025.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after 2 July 2025.
• Name changes are not permitted after 30 August 2025.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

 Participants who register early but whose abstract submissions are not accepted will receive a full refund without deductions.

 Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

 Installment options are available for credit card payments, subject to interest charges.
